Thank you for using the WWPA Proposition 65 Notification Service. This service is intended to help wood products manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers comply with the consumer warning requirements for wood dust and chemicals associated with wood products under California’s Proposition 65 law.
By using the confirmation form shown below, you can acknowledge your receipt of the wood dust and wood related chemical warning materials. This acknowledgement will apply for the manufacturers and distributors listed on this site, eliminating the need to send your confirmations to each individual company.
The California Attorney General’s Office has indicated that a “person of authority” or authorized agent (California Code of Regulations Title 27, Article 6, Section 25600.1 (b)) should complete the confirmation. This individual must have the authority to either post the required warning signage at a retail location or pass the warning on to your downstream customers.
You may have received a letter from WWPA with the warning materials. When completing the online form, be certain to type in the company name and address as it is shown in the letter, so that we may confirm it in our database.
