Registered,
but can't get on?
The most common problem faced
by users are unconfirmed registrations. When you submit
your registration, a confirmation message is sent to the
e-mail address provided.
However, the confirmation
e-mail may not always make it to your inbox. Typically,
the message is inadvertantly blocked by your mail server
or may be removed by software intended to remove spam e-mail.
If you have registered, but
do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, you
may request manual confirmation of your registration.
Send an e-mail to info@wwpa.org
from the e-mail account listed in your registration. Also
include the full name entered with your registration. If
the return e-mail address and name match the registration
information, your registration will be confirmed. Allow
one to two days for manual confirmation.

Registration for the WWPA Online Technical Guide is a two-step
process that requires a valid e-mail address for each subscriber.
This e-mail address is used to confirm the user and activate the
free subscription to the Online Technical Guide.
If you encounter problems in registering, please review the information
below.
Entering your registration
To register, complete each blank in the online form. (For information
on how WWPA will handle your registration information, go to WWPA's
online privacy policy.)
Click Submit to start the registration process. This will generate
an e-mail message from website@wwpa.org to the e-mail
address you provided in the registration form.
While this message is created and sent immediately, there may be
some delay in reaching your e-mail Inbox. This delay may be caused
by your e-mail service or your domain. The delay may be as short
as five minutes or as long as six hours.
Spam or junk mail filters may block the confirmation e-mail from
reaching your Inbox. If you have not received the confirmation to
your Inbox, you should check your Junk Mail folder or other review
folders for the message. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail,
follow the instructions above.
Activating your subscription
The confirmation e-mail you receive will include a web site link
that will automatically activate your subscription. The link will
appear like this:
http://www.wwpa.org/_techguide/Login_Process_Verify.asp?ID=XXXX.XX
with unique numbers where the X's appear. Simply click on this
link shown in your message, or copy it and paste the entire link
into the Address line on your browser.
The link will take you to the log-in page and automatically fill
in your e-mail address. Enter your password and click the Login
button to access the WWPA Online Technical Guide.
